The color pink (in the form of rose gold, blush, and peach hues) showed up everywhere this year – whether in dramatic pink LED lighting (available as an enhancement on any of our Hotels Unlimited wedding packages), or beautiful bridesmaids’ gowns. Here’s a look at some memorable pink palettes:

New twists on wedding food was another 2015 trend. Our brides and grooms rave about the top-notch menu items at our banquet venues. We’ve kicked it up a notch recently with our S’more Love Station and delightful selection of tasty miniature hors d’oeuvres, like the teeny-tiny grilled cheeses at one recent New Jersey wedding below.

Funky groom cakes continued to be a huge hit at our weddings. These colorful and clever desserts filled our New Jersey weddings with personality and pizzazz.
