The menu is delicious! The chefs will be carving up steamship of beef and rosemary roasted pork loin.

There will be chafing dishes filled with scrambled eggs, hickory smoked bacon and sausage, cinnamon rum glazed French toast, and skillet fried breakfast potatoes.

If you’re not really in the mood for breakfast food however, we can accommodate for that too!

Also for your dining pleasure, marinated flank steak with chimmichurri sauce, parmesan crusted chicken in a Dijon cream sauce, herb scented flounder with sautéed cherry tomatoes, garlic, and basil, rigatoni in a vodka blush sauce, and a spring vegetable medley will also be options.

If  you still feel that you aren’t satisfied, there will be cold displays of fruits and melons, fresh baked rolls and breakfast breads, baskets of vegetable crudite with assorted dressing, and assorted salads.
